I recommend the place. The hotel was excellent and the location was great right by most sought after temples, the shopping area, MG Road, and Thiruvananthapuram. The local staff were extremely polite. Nicely equipped and fancy room with international channels, I had a really comfortable stay.

It has exceptionally nice and perfect location next to Palayam Juma Masjid. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near to government offices. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very helpful, efficient.

The bedroom was noisy and the housekeeping staff took 1/2 hour to locate a hairdryer. None in the room which I thought wasn't representative of its 4 star self styled status The towels were small and of poor quality. The shampoo etc was very mediocre and tea and coffee sparse.

We had a great city trip experience at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, just a few steps away from bustling streets full of eateries and shops. the housekeeping staff was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to our requests. we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the freshly made sandwiches that the staff even packed for us to take with us on our early morning departure.

The view from the room was not impressive, as it was surrounded by other buildings. Opening the curtains revealed a less-than-ideal view of dirty neighbouring buildings.
